表面清理方式对激光焊不同焊接接头的质量影响分析

Analysis of the influence of surface cleaning methods on the different welded joints quality of laser welding

  • 摘要: 为了避免焊前表面清理造成焊缝质量的不稳定、表面残留物总量高,进而使杂质进入焊缝,导致焊缝腐蚀、结构损坏等质量隐患的问题,针对2mm厚SUS301L-DLT不锈钢材料分别就对接和搭接两种标准接头为试验对象,采用不做任何清理、丙酮清洗、砂轮打磨后用丙酮清洗等3种方式对焊缝表面进行清理。结果表明:通过评估证实了清理方式不同对焊缝的力学性能影响不大,而与焊缝表面状态有直接关系;采用丙酮清洗方式对不锈钢进行清理,综合效果最佳。

     

    Abstract: In order to avoid the problem of pre-weld surface cleaning affecting the instability of weld quality, the total amount of surface residue is high, which in turn leads to the entry of impurities into the weld, resulting in weld corrosion, structural damage and other quality hazards. In this paper, for the 2mm-SUS301L-DLT stainless steel materials were butt and lap joints of two standard joints for the test object, respectively, do not do any cleanup,acetone cleaning, grinding wheel grinding with acetone cleaning on the surface of the weld surface cleanup mode comparison test. The results show that: through the evaluation of the different cleaning methods to confirm the mechanical properties of the weld has little impact on the weld and the weld surface state has a direct relationship;the use of acetone cleaning on the stainless steel cleaning, the best overall effect.
