一种铝合金结构件焊接变形控制的工艺研究

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了一种铁路货车漏斗车底开门结构件制造过程中焊接变形的控制工艺研究。通过优化底开门组成的焊缝结构形式,选用适当的焊接电流、焊接电压和焊接速度,结合铝合金底开门组成焊接变形趋势,制定针对性的刚性固定和预制反变形方案,达到铝合金结构件焊接完成后不需要二次调校整形,避免铝合金结构件平面度不达标而采取机械调校导致焊缝开裂问题,保证铝合金底开门组成产品质量的同时,取消二次调校工序提高生产效率为公司创造更高的效益。

     

    Abstract: This article introduces a research on the control process of welding deformation in the manufacturing process of railway freight car bottom door structural components. By optimizing the welding seam structure of the bottom door, selecting appropriate welding current, welding voltage, and welding speed, and combining with the welding deformation trend of the aluminum alloy bottom door, a targeted rigid fixing and prefabricated anti deformation plan is formulated to achieve the goal of eliminating the need for secondary adjustment and shaping after the welding of the aluminum alloy structural components, avoiding the problem of weld cracking caused by mechanical adjustment due to inadequate flatness of the aluminum alloy structural components, ensuring the product quality of the aluminum alloy bottom door composition, and eliminating the secondary adjustment process to improve production efficiency and create higher benefits for the company.
