Abstract:
In the construction of nuclear power plants, welding is one of the most critical processes, as welding quality directly affects the safety and reliability of the project. Currently, the evaluation of welding quality is conducted after the completion of the welding process, which significantly impacts production efficiency. This paper introduces a welding process operation evaluation model based on the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method. By collecting voltage and current data through an electrical signal acquisition system, characteristic parameters that reflect welding operation proficiency are selected to construct a feature evaluation matrix. A comprehensive evaluation model is then established to analyze the welding operation level, providing real-time operational assessment during the welding process. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed evaluation method can accurately assess welding operation proficiency, provide timely warnings of welding risks, and help prevent welding defects, offering significant practical value and application prospects.
