基于熵权TOPSIS法的焊接过程操作评价模型研究

Research on the Evaluation Model of Welding Process Operations Based on Entropy Weight Method and TOPSIS

  • 摘要: 核电建设过程中,焊接是极为关键的工艺之一,焊接质量关系到工程的安全性和可靠性。当前焊接质量的评判需要在焊接工序结束之后进行,对生产效率有较大影响。本文介绍一种基于熵权TOPSIS法的焊接过程操作评价模型,通过电信号数据采集系统采集焊接过程的电压电流数据,选取能够反映焊接操作水平的特征参数,构建特征评价矩阵,建立综合评价模型以分析焊接操作水平,并在焊接过程中及时给出操作评价。经实验验证,本文提出的评价方法能够较为准确地评估焊接操作水平,及时提示焊接操作风险,进而避免焊接缺陷的产生,具有较好的实用价值和应用前景。

     

    Abstract: In the construction of nuclear power plants, welding is one of the most critical processes, as welding quality directly affects the safety and reliability of the project. Currently, the evaluation of welding quality is conducted after the completion of the welding process, which significantly impacts production efficiency. This paper introduces a welding process operation evaluation model based on the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method. By collecting voltage and current data through an electrical signal acquisition system, characteristic parameters that reflect welding operation proficiency are selected to construct a feature evaluation matrix. A comprehensive evaluation model is then established to analyze the welding operation level, providing real-time operational assessment during the welding process. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed evaluation method can accurately assess welding operation proficiency, provide timely warnings of welding risks, and help prevent welding defects, offering significant practical value and application prospects.
