脉冲激光工艺参数对M170P/DC06差厚拼焊接头组织与性能的影响研究

Effect of Pulse Laser Process Parameters on Microstructure and Properties of M170P/DC06 Differential Thickness Welded Joints

  • 摘要: 本文采用SW-500型Nd: YAG 固体脉冲激光器(平均功率301~384W),对1.0mm厚M170P与0.7mm厚DC06差厚板进行拼焊试验,研究脉冲频率、脉宽、电压对接头组织性能的影响。结果表明:薄板DC06侧热影响区为粗大块状铁素体,厚板M170P侧为细小铁素体与粒状贝氏体;当脉冲频率20Hz、焊接速度300mm/min时,熔合区硬度达200HV,且硬度从厚板向薄板呈梯度下降。

     

    Abstract: This study investigates the effects of pulse frequency, width, and voltage on the microstructure and mechanical properties of M170P/DC06 differential thickness welded joints using an SW-500 Nd: YAG pulsed laser. Results indicate that the DC06 thin plate HAZ exhibits coarse blocky ferrite, while the M170P thick plate HAZ consists of fine ferrite and granular bainite. Optimal hardness (200 HV) is achieved at 20 Hz pulse frequency and 300 mm/min welding speed, with a gradient decrease from thick to thin plate.
