Study on the Microstructure and Properties of 1j85 Permalloy by CMT Printing Process

  • 摘要: 本文采用CMT电弧增材制造技术成功制备了1J85坡莫合金, 并研究不同CMT打印工艺对成形, 显微结构和硬度的影响。结果表明,打印工艺会影响熔池形状,往返打印沉积样受热较为均匀,且在沉积方向上呈现对称分布。从微观结构观察, 往返打印热量更高,晶粒更大, 两种样品均由垂直熔池边缘生长的柱状晶组成,且晶粒中含有柱状和胞状亚结构。两种打印工艺样品硬度变化幅度均不大, 且往返打印样品整体硬度大于单向打印,因为往返打印局部热流变化会导致更多应力产生。综合来看, 往返打印工艺优于单项打印工艺。

     

    Abstract: This article successfully prepared 1J85 permalloy alloy using CMT arc additive manufacturing technology, and the effects of different CMT printing processes on forming, microstructure, and hardness were studied. The results indicate that the printing process affects the shape of the melt pool. The round-trip printed sample has a uniform heat and is symmetrically distributed in the deposition direction. From a microscopic observation, the grain size of the sample produced by round-trip printing has a larger grain size because of a higher heat. Both samples are composed of columnar crystals grown perpendicular to the edge of the melt pool, and the grains contain columnar and cellular substructures. The changes in the hardness of the samples produced by both co-direction and round-trip printing processes are not significant, and the overall hardness of the round-trip printed sample is greater than that of those of the co-direction printed sample because the change of local heat flux produced by round-trip printing can lead to more stress generation. Overall, the round-trip printing process is superior to the co-direction printing process.
