Abstract:
Microstructure and friction and wear properties of the ultrasonic vibration-assisted (UVA) laser melting deposition of GH3536 superalloy are analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of laser melting deposition GH3536 superalloy is coarse columnar grains with an average grain width of about 180μm.After applying ultrasonic vibration, the columnar grains are transformed into equiaxed grains, and the average grain size decreases to78μm.The average friction coefficient of the specimen decreases from 8.41 to 8.17,the wear rate decreases from6.37×10
-7cm~3/(N·m) to 4.25×10
-7 cm~3/(N·m),the width of the abrasion mark decreases from 1122.81μm to1003.21μm,and the depth of the abrasion mark decreases from 21.81μm to 19.71μm after the application of ultrasonic vibration.
