新型长心轨转换凸缘跟端模具设计及模锻模拟

Design and die forging simulation of new long core rail transfer flange heel end die

  • 摘要: 由于长心轨转换凸缘跟端模锻模具为滑模锻造,且锻造模具为多块拼装式,存在成品率低、工艺步骤繁琐等诸多缺点,因此设计了一种新型长心轨转换凸缘模锻模具结构形式、以提升锻造效率及成品质量。基于长心轨转换凸缘跟端成品尺寸进行加工工艺分析及合理的模具型腔设计,并利用三维建模软件进行三工位模具模型构建,制定加工变形方案,建立材料模型,随后利用仿真模拟软件(Deform-3D)进行模拟,对长心轨转换凸缘跟端模锻过程中金属的流动规律及各工位模具载荷变化进行试验,最终确定了新型长心轨转换凸缘跟端模具设计的可行性。

     

    Abstract: The long-core rail transfer flange heel end die forging die is slip-die forging die, and the forging die is multi-piece assembled, which has many shortcomings such as low yield and cumbersome process steps. Therefore,a new structure form of long-core rail transfer flange die forging die is designed in this paper to improve forging efficiency and finished product quality. Process analysis and reasonable mold cavity design were carried out based on the finished size of the heel end of the long core rail conversion flange, and 3-station mold model was constructed with 3D modeling software, processing deformation plan was formulated, material model was established, and simulation software(Deform-3D) was then used for simulation. The flow law of metal and the change of die load at each station during die forging of long core rail transfer flange heel end were tested, and the feasibility of designing a new type die of long core rail transfer flange heel end was finally confirmed.
