摘要: 概述了无缝药芯焊丝制造技术及设备的生产和发展过程,并分别对当今国际上三种无缝药芯焊丝制造技术--高频焊合后振动填粉、在线填粉后高频焊合、在线填粉后激光焊合的生产流程和所需设备进行了简单介绍,比较了三种无缝药芯焊丝制造技术的优缺点,并介绍了现有无缝药芯焊丝的特点.在对目前无缝药芯焊丝技术发展过程分析的基础上,对无缝药芯焊丝制造技术及设备的未来发展进行了预测,为无缝药芯焊丝的发展提供了参考.
