钢结构装配式建筑中焊接钢筋桁架力学性能试验研究

Experimental study on mechanical properties of welded steel bar truss in steel structure prefabricated buildings

  • 摘要: 为提升装配式建筑物的稳定性,设计钢结构装配式建筑中焊接钢筋桁架力学性能试验研究。首先,建立装配式钢结构的梁柱模型。然后,对D5、D6、D8三种类型桁架材料的试件进行了制备。最后,分别将1-6号钢筋试块放入压力机中进行测试,病记录测试过程中实时示数与钢筋试块的形变情况。仿真实验结果表明,在装配式建筑等高的情况下,以D8型钢结构钢筋为桁架的建筑物的稳定性与抗压性更强,表示在大跨度施工中,焊接钢筋桁架结构的力学性能等级越高,装配式建筑的稳定性能力越强。

     

    Abstract: To improve the stability of prefabricated buildings, experimental research on the mechanical properties of welded steel bar trusses in steel structure prefabricated buildings is designed. Firstly, establish a beam column model for prefabricated steel structures. Then, specimens of D5, D6, and D8 types of truss materials were prepared. Finally, place the 1-6 steel bar test blocks into the press for testing, and record the real-time readings and deformation of the steel bar test blocks during the testing process. The simulation experiment results show that under the condition of equal height in prefabricated buildings, buildings with D8 steel structure steel bars as trusses have stronger stability and compression resistance, indicating that in large-span construction, the higher the mechanical performance level of welded steel bar truss structures, the stronger the stability ability of prefabricated buildings.
