焊后热处理对激光电弧复合焊AH36船板接头组织和性能的影响

Effect of Post Weld Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of Laser Arc Hybrid Welded AH36 Ship Plates

  • 摘要: 为了提高激光电弧复合焊AH36船板焊接接头的组织和性能,对焊接接头采用单一高温回火和淬火+高温回火焊后热处理。实验结果表明,550℃高温回火对接头组织无影响,但会使接头硬度降低;850℃淬火时接头未完全奥氏体化;当淬火温度升高到880℃时,接头组织完全奥氏体化并在淬火后形成大量马氏体,经550℃高温回火后转变为综合性能良好回火索氏体;而当增大淬火温度升高到910℃时,冷却后形成的马氏体粗大且残余奥氏体较多。当采用880℃淬火+550℃高温回火时接头组织性能最优,同时硬度分布变均匀,平均硬度为190HV。

     

    Abstract: To improve the microstructure and properties of the laser-arc hybrid welded AH36 steel plate joints, post-weld heat treatment was applied, including single high-temperature tempering and quenching+high-temperature tempering. The experimental results show that high-temperature tempering at 550℃ has no effect on the microstructure of the joint but results in a reduction in hardness. During quenching at 850℃, the joint does not achieve complete austenitization. When the quenching temperature is increased to 880℃, the joint undergoes complete austenitization and forms a large amount of martensite after quenching. After high-temperature tempering at 550℃, it transforms into tempered sorbite with good comprehensive properties. However, when the quenching temperature is further increased to 910℃, the resulting martensite is coarse, and there is a higher amount of retained austenite. When employing a quenching temperature of 880℃ followed by a high-temperature tempering at 550℃, the joint exhibited the optimal microstructure and properties. At the same time, the hardness distribution became more uniform, with an average hardness of 190 HV.
