悬索桥滚轴支撑结构材料性能研究——退稿重投

Research on material properties of suspension bridge roller support structure

  • 摘要: 悬索桥滚轴支撑结构作为悬索桥索鞍中重要的核心受力部件。由于桥位环境较为复杂,在长期运营状态下容易被磨损和腐蚀,其材料的耐久性研究对滚轴结构使用寿命具有重要的意义。为评估悬索桥滚轴支撑结构材料的耐久性,本研究选取了五种锻造不锈钢FV520B、0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb、KF80、1Cr17Ni2 和 3Cr13MoV作为试验对象,并对其表面硬度、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能等关键指标进行了系统测试。结果表明,不同材料表面硬度均匀性存在一定的差异,1Cr17Ni2、0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb、KF80表面硬度更均匀,KF80、FV520B各项综合力学性能较好,FV520B、0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb、KF80三种材料耐腐性能较好。根据材料之间的力学性能试验结果,KF80更适合用作悬索桥滚轴支撑结构的材料。

     

    Abstract: The roller support structure of suspension bridges is an important core load-bearing component in the cable saddle of suspension bridges. Due to the complex environment of the bridge location, it is prone to wear and corrosion during long-term operation. The study of the durability of the material is of great significance to the service life of the roller structure. To evaluate the durability of the materials of the roller support structure of suspension bridges, this study selected five forged stainless steels, FV520B, 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb, KF80, 1Cr17Ni2, and 3Cr13MoV as test objects, and systematically tested their surface hardness, mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance. The results show that there are certain differences in the uniformity of surface hardness among different materials. The surface hardness of 1Cr17Ni2, 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb, and KF80 is more uniform. KF80 and FV520B have better comprehensive mechanical properties. FV520B, 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb, and KF80 have better corrosion resistance. According to the mechanical property test results of the materials, KF80 is more suitable for use as the material of the roller support structure of suspension bridges.
