  • 摘要: 冲天炉具有高效、节能、连续熔化、铁液质量好及供应量大等诸多优势。对35t/h冲天炉进行了改进提升,提高炉缸深度使焦炭消耗量降低14kg/t,铁液温度降低约30℃,炉衬侵蚀速率降低;采用分层修筑分渣器的方式来延长炉衬寿命,降低材料消耗;设计应用小分渣器调整铁液成分;监控炉衬温度,有针对性地维护炉衬,从而使其满足当前产品高质量、低成本的要求,取得了比较显著的效果。

     

    Abstract: Cupola has many advantages, such as high efficiency, energy saving, continuous melting, good quality of liquid iron and large supply. We have improved the 35t/h cupola, and increased the depth of the furnace cylinder reduces the coke consumption by 14kg/t, the liquid iron temperature by about 30℃, and the erosion rate of the lining is reduced. The method of building slag-separator in layers is adopted to prolong the life of lining and reduce the material consumption. Design and use small slag separator to adjust the composition of liquid iron; Monitor the lining temperature and maintain the lining accordingly. It can meet the requirements of high quality and low cost of current products, and has achieved remarkable results.
