  • 摘要:   螺柱焊接在桥梁钢结构制作过程中有着广泛的应用,每年圆柱头焊钉焊接生产数量多达几十万根。但是,桥梁钢结构圆柱头焊钉的焊接一直采用人工螺柱焊接,焊接环境恶劣,焊工劳动强度大,焊接生产效率低,焊接质量不稳定。随着人工智能的不断发展,研发创新的不断投入,圆柱头焊钉焊接生产的自动化程度越来越高,焊接质量稳定性和焊接生产效率进一步提高;但无论人工螺柱焊接,还是智能化焊接,圆柱头焊钉的焊接仍然存在一些焊接缺陷和焊接质量问题。本文总结了近一年来人工螺柱焊接和焊钉焊接机器人焊接两种焊接方法在焊接试验和焊接生产过程中出现的共性的焊接缺陷和焊接质量问题,查找分析了产生的原因,并提出了修补工艺和质量保证工艺措施,希望在桥梁钢结构制造中进一步提高圆柱头焊钉的焊接智能化程度及焊接生产效率,进一步加强圆柱头焊钉的焊接质量管理。

    Abstract: Stud welding is widely used in the production of steel bridge structure. The production quantity of welding stud reaches hundreds of thousands of pieces every year. However, the stud welding has been using manual welding, which shortcoming is bad for environment around, is high of welding labor intensity, is low of welding production efficiency, and is unstable in welding quality. With the continuous development of artificial intelligence and huge investment of innovation, the automation of stud welding production is increasing, and the welding quality stability and welding production efficiency are further improved; but whether manual stud welding or intelligent welding, the stud welding still has some welding defects and welding quality problems. In this paper it summarizes the common welding defects and welding quality problems in the welding test and during welding production, finds and analyzes the causes, and proposes the repair process and quality assurance measures, hoping to further improve the degree of welding intelligence and welding production efficiency, and further strengthen the welding quality management of stud welding during the manufacturing of steel bridge structure.
