制浆转子的铸造工艺优化(重投1)

Optimization of the casting process of the pulping rotor

  • 摘要: 制浆转子传统铸造工艺一般采用木型模具,但是木型模具制造复杂,造型操作过程困难,同时木型模具难以满足尺寸要求。为满足制浆转子的尺寸精度及内部质量,采用3D打印砂型模具重力铸造方案进行生产研制,并通过procast软件进行模拟仿真,最终对铸件进行超声波内部检查,以及三维扫描尺寸检查,验证转子铸件质量是否满足要求。

     

    Abstract: The traditional casting process of pulping rotors generally adopts wooden molds. However, the manufacturing of wooden molds is complex, the molding operation process is difficult, and wooden molds are difficult to meet the size requirements. To meet the dimensional accuracy and internal quality requirements of the pulping rotor, a gravity casting scheme with 3D printed sand molds was adopted for production and development. Analog simulation was carried out through procast software. Finally, ultrasonic internal inspection and 3D scanning dimensional inspection were conducted on the castings to verify whether the quality of the rotor castings met the requirements.
