Application study of compound toughening treatment in Cr4W2MoV steel

  • 摘要: 通过对Cr4W2MoV钢制冷镦凹模采用形变正火处理+等温球化退火+高温淬火、高温回火+硫、碳、氮三元共渗的复合强韧化处理新工艺,可在提高模具基体强韧性的基础上,同时增加模具型腔表面层的硬度和耐磨性,可有效地提高模具的使用寿命.
