一种中间轴组件激光清洗技术研究

Research on laser cleaning technology of intermediate shaft components

  • 摘要: 本文通过一种中间轴组件激光清洗加工过程作为研究对象,分析了中间轴组件尺寸变化、热装力矩-位移曲线、焊缝表面质量、焊接质量、静扭实验等关键内容,验证了中间轴组件的各项工艺性能及加工质量,并结合中间轴组件激光清洗过程控制,从而得出了一种中间轴组件激光清洗加工试验结果, 结果表明,激光清洗加工不会对零件尺寸产生影响,清洗前后尺寸呈现一致性,清洗效果良好,在热装过程中力矩不会产生较大波动,所需的最大压力为48.04KN,力矩在50KN以内可压装到位。同时,激光清洗的中间轴组件焊缝表面未出现裂纹、孔洞等缺陷,焊缝区域组织晶粒细小且分布均匀,未产生常见的焊接缺陷。最后,激光清洗的中间轴组件其峰值扭矩为16.47KN.m,峰值扭角为23.6°,静扭试验结果表现为轴断裂,焊缝无明显裂纹,中间轴组件达到焊接成品质量要求。此研究旨在更好的指导车间生产工作,提升生产效益。

     

    Abstract: This article takes a laser cleaning process for intermediate shaft components as the research object, analyzes key contents such as size changes of intermediate shaft components, hot installation torque displacement curve, weld surface quality, welding quality, static torsion experiment, etc., verifies the various process performance and processing quality of intermediate shaft components, and combines with the laser cleaning process control of intermediate shaft components to obtain a laser cleaning process test result for intermediate shaft components, The results indicate that laser cleaning processing does not affect the dimensions of the parts, and the dimensions before and after cleaning are consistent. The cleaning effect is good, and there is no significant fluctuation in torque during the hot fitting process. The maximum required pressure is 48.04KN, and the torque can be pressed into place within 50KN. At the same time, there were no cracks, holes or other defects on the surface of the welded joint of the intermediate shaft component cleaned by laser. The microstructure of the welded joint area was fine and evenly distributed, and no common welding defects were produced. Finally, the peak torque of the laser cleaned intermediate shaft component was 16.47KN. m, and the peak torsion angle was 23.6°. The static torsion test results showed that the shaft was broken, and there were no obvious cracks in the weld seam. The intermediate shaft component met the quality requirements for welded products. This study aims to better guide workshop production work and improve production efficiency.
