双丝埋弧焊免坡口免清根熔透工艺在工字梁生产中的应用

  • 摘要: 随着钢桥建设的快速发展,对于钢桥高效化制造工艺需求越来越迫切,在钢桥工字梁制造中,常规单丝埋弧焊工艺存在施工工序多、焊接材料消耗量大,生产效率低等问题,因此对单丝埋弧焊工艺的改进和优化非常必要。通过焊接工艺试验,验证了腹板20mm厚T形接头双丝埋弧焊免坡口免清根熔透工艺的可行性,且焊接接头各项性能满足相关规范要求。双丝埋弧焊免坡口免清根工艺在生产中得到成功应用,工字梁焊接效率明显提升,达到了减少工序,节约焊接材料,降低制造成本的目的。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of steel bridge construction, the demand for efficient manufacturing processes for steel bridges is becoming increasingly urgent. In the manufacturing of steel bridge I-beams, the conventional single-wire submerged arc welding(SAW) process has problems such as multiple construction processes, high consumption of welding materials, low production efficiency, Therefore, it is necessary to improve and optimize the single-wire SAW process. Through welding process experiments, the feasibility of the double-wire SAW process without groove and root cleaning for 20mm thick T-joints has been verified, the performance of the welded joints meets the relevant specifications. The double-wire SAW process without groove and root cleaning has been successfully applied in production, significantly improving the welding efficiency of I-shaped steel beam and achieving the desired results.
