GH3625合金环形光斑激光焊接工艺研究

Study on ring laser beam welding technology of GH3625 alloy

  • 摘要: 为解决高温合金焊件的气孔问题,使用环形光斑焊接设备对厚度4mm的GH3625固溶强化型高温合金板进行环形光斑和激光摆动焊接工艺试验,使焊接试板达到了Ⅰ级焊缝质量要求。通过焊接工艺评定后,将其用于高温合金焊件的焊接。工艺试验结果和生产应用效果表明:高温合金的激光深熔焊容易产生气孔;环形光斑焊接是解决激光深熔焊气孔问题的有效途径之一;同时采用环形光斑和激光摆动焊接的效果更佳。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the porosity problem of superalloy welds, ring laser beam welding equipment was used to perform ring laser beam welding and laser swing welding process tests on GH3625 solid solution strengthened superalloy plate with thickness of 4mm, which made the welding test plate meet the quality requirements of Class I weld. After the welding process evaluation, it is used for the welding of superalloy weldparts. The results of process test and production application show that: the laser deep penetration welding of superalloy is easy to produce porosity; Ring laser beam welding is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of porosity in laser deep penetration welding. The effect of ring laser beam welding and laser swing welding is better.
