变质及热处理对过共晶铝硅合金组织与滑动磨损性能的影响

The effect of modification and heat treatment process on microstructure and sliding wear property of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy

  • 摘要: 采用新型含TiC-RE-P的JHSM复合变质剂在850℃对过共晶Al-20%Si合金进行变质处理.研究结果揭示,经过变质处理后,初生硅的平均尺寸和形状由变质处理前100~250μm的不规则形状转变为变质处理后15~30μm的块状;变质处理后过共晶铝硅合金的硬度和耐磨性明显提高.
