  • 摘要: 为积极响应国家政策,提高数字化、信息化建设,针对民用项目、重大工程项目和核电工程项目建造过程中的焊接安装工程施工现场、焊工人员分配管理,以及焊接过程中的痛点、期望点和特殊要求,提出了将传统焊机进行物联网模块植入改造,利用物联网中先进的通信信息技术及大数据分析技术,实现焊接电源通信方式可配置切换,焊接工时、焊接电流及电弧电压等焊接参数的可视化大数据分析,同时对焊接工艺进行管理和分发。为实现焊接过程中“人、机、法、环”的网络一体化管理,建立人、机、焊接时间、焊接参数及焊接工艺数据库,对数据进行处理分析并实现大数据分析和智能化焊接,以及优化施工管理提供基础。

     

    Abstract: In order to actively respond to the company and national policies, improve the construction of digitalization and informatization, and in view of the pain points, expectations and special requirements in the construction process of welding and installation projects, welder personnel allocation management and welding process in the construction process of civil projects, major engineering projects and nuclear power engineering projects, it is proposed to implant and transform the traditional welding machine with the internet of things module,and use the advanced communication information technology and big data analysis technology in the internet of things to realize the configurable switching of welding power communication mode, welding man-hours, visual big data analysis of welding parameters such as welding current and welding voltage, and management and distribution of welding processes. In order to realize the integrated network management of man, machine, method and environment in the welding process, establish a database of man, machine, welding time, welding parameters and welding process, process and analyze the data, realize big data analysis and intelligent welding, and optimize the construction management to provide a foundation.
