Abstract:
To solve the problem of cracks in the straight point rail seat of the bainitic steel turnout of the tram, in this paper, the bainitic alloy steel blank of the same material was used, and the special welding rod for the frog center rail (JD937) was combined with alloy steel to study the welding repair process of the bainitic alloy steel turnout. The research results show that after welding with the bainitic alloy steel repair process proposed in this paper, the base metal and the weld seam, as well as the interlayer of the weld seam, are well combined. The structure of the base metal is mainly bainite + a small amount of martensite, and the structure of the weld seam is mainly bainite + austenite. The hardness of the weld seam matches that of the base material, and the hardness distribution of the welded joint is uniform. The impact performance of the weld seam meets the technical requirements. In view of the defects and operation problems that occur during welding repair, targeted solutions are also proposed in this paper, which has certain guiding significance for the research on the welding repair process of bainitic alloy steel.
