大溪河特大桥索梁锚固构造焊接工艺研究

Research on welding technology of cable anchorage structure of Daxi River Bridge

  • 摘要: 一段时间以来,在我国的大型斜拉桥建设中,斜拉索在梁端的索力锚固系统主要有锚箱式和拉板式两种形式,两者各有优点。而大溪河特大桥采用外置式钢锚管锚固系统,它是在锚箱式和拉板式(内置式锚管)的基础上演化而来的,综合了两者的优点,从理论上结构简单,传力明确,是斜拉索锚固构造的重大创新。外置式钢锚管锚固构造特点是索力先通过承压板传递给钢锚管,再传递给锚固腹板,最后传递至主梁腹板,索力均以剪力的形式传递。而锚固腹板是重要的传力构件,其四周与钢锚管、边主梁的腹板、顶板、底板等均采用熔透角焊缝连接,钢板厚度大,受力复杂多变。因此,大溪河特大桥索梁锚固构造的焊接生产是本桥钢结构成功制造的关键,本文从焊接方法、焊接设备、焊接材料、坡口形式、焊前预热、焊接顺序、规范参数、及无损检测要求、焊缝编号规定等角度进行焊接工艺研究与总结,以便为今后索梁锚固构造焊接工艺的优化和焊接装备的智能化改进提供参考。

     

    Abstract: For a period of time, in the construction of large cable-stayed bridge in China, the cable force anchorage system of the cable at the beam mainly has two forms of anchor box type and pull plate type, both of which have their own advantages. The Daxi River Bridge adopts the external steel anchor pipe anchorage system, which is evolved on the basis of anchor box type and pull plate type (built-in anchor pipe). Based on the advantages of both, the structure is simple theoretically and has clear force transmission, which is a major innovation of cable anchorage structure. The anchorage structure of external steel anchor pipe is that the cable force is first transmitted to the steel anchor pipe through the pressure plate, then to the anchor web, and finally to the main beam web. The cable force is transmitted in the form of shear force. The anchoring web is an important force transfer member, which is connected by the steel anchor pipe, the web, the top plate and the Lower plate of the main beam, the welding is full penetration, the plate is thicker and the force is complex and changeable. Therefore, the welding production of cable beam anchorage structure of Daxi River bridge is the key to the successful manufacture of the steel structure. In this paper, the welding process is summarized from the welding method, welding equipment, welding material, groove form, welding preheating, welding order, specification parameters, nondestructive testing requirements, welding number requirements, so as to provide reference for the optimization of cable beam anchorage structure welding process and the Intelligent improvement of welding equipment in the future.
