Abstract: Due to the high strength and toughness, high hardenability and good cutting performance. It is often used in the hydrauli support cylinders. In order to understand the properties and heat treatment parameters of 30CrMo material, The paper mainly studies the hardness, metallographic structure and mechanical properties of 30CrMo steel pipes under different heat treatment parameters.The results show that the metallographic structure, strength,toughness and other comprehensive mechanical properties of 30CrMo steel pipes are better when the quenching temperature is 880℃.
