Abstract: This article examines the simulation research related to nitriding treatment, explicitly focusing on the numerical theoretical analysis of 32Cr3MoVE steel during the nitriding process. Additionally, it includes a simulation analysis of nitriding quenching for the internal splines of 32Cr3MoVE steel. The overall simulation results indicate that the insulation time significantly impacts the nitriding effect, while the nitriding temperature has a minimal effect. The optimal process identified is nitriding for 90 minutes at a temperature of 560 ℃.
