Numerical Simulation and Optimization of Nitriding Process for 32Cr3MoVE Steel Internal Spline

  • 摘要: 本文聚焦于渗氮处理模拟研究,主要开展了对32Cr3MoVE钢在渗氮过程中的数值模拟理论分析,针对32Cr3MoVE钢内花键的渗氮淬火仿真分析工作。综合模拟结果表明保温时间对渗氮效果影响大,渗氮温度影响小,最佳工艺为渗氮90min、温度560℃。

     

    Abstract: Abstract: This article examines the simulation research related to nitriding treatment, explicitly focusing on the numerical theoretical analysis of 32Cr3MoVE steel during the nitriding process. Additionally, it includes a simulation analysis of nitriding quenching for the internal splines of 32Cr3MoVE steel. The overall simulation results indicate that the insulation time significantly impacts the nitriding effect, while the nitriding temperature has a minimal effect. The optimal process identified is nitriding for 90 minutes at a temperature of 560 ℃.
