Influence of pouring time on gas hole in casting cylinder wall of Cummins cylinder block

  • 摘要: 本文论述了在底注式浇注系统、浇注温度1385～1440℃、高压自动线潮模砂生产条件下,浇注时间对康明斯6BT气缸体铸件缸壁气孔有着较为显著的影响.试验和生产证明:20～21s的浇注时间可显著地降低康明斯6BT缸体铸件缸壁气孔,提高缸体铸件质量.
