铝与异种金属激光焊接研究进展

Research development of the aluminum and dissimiliar metals laser welding

  • 摘要: 由于铝与铜、钢等异种材料理化性能存在差异性,使其与异质材料焊接时生成金属间化合物,其硬度高、脆性大的特性会削弱接头的力学性能,使其结构件的焊接可靠性较差。然而,高效、高品质的激光焊接实现铝和异种材料的可靠连接成为焊接学者的研究热点。综述了国内外学者针对铝-铜、铝-钢、铝-镁等不同材质接头激光焊接的研究现状,总结了铝和异种金属材料激光焊接过程中控制金属间化合物的方法。

     

    Abstract: Due to the great difference in chemical compounds and physical properties between aluminum and steel,copper et al dissimilar metals, moreover,intermetallic compounds are easily formed during welding process, and its harden and brittle properties can reduce the mechanical properties of the welding joints, resulting in poor reliability of the structural components. Therefore, efficient and high quality laser welding to achieve reliable connection between aluminum and dissimilar metals has become a research hotspot for welding scholars. In this paper, research development of the aluminum and dissimilar metals laser welding in aluminum and copper, aluminum and steel,aluminum and magnesium is reviewed, and the methods of controlling intermetallic compounds during laser welding of aluminum and dissimilar metals are summarized.
