钢桥梁U肋角接全熔透焊缝高效焊接技术的应用研究

Research on the Application of High-Efficiency Full Penetration Welding Technology for the Corner Joint of Steel Bridge U-Stub

  • 摘要: 主要介绍了针对目前钢结构桥梁U肋与面板坡口熔深焊缝施焊后,焊缝根部存在应力集中现象,极易产生疲劳裂纹,制约钢桥梁的服役使用寿命的共性问题,提出了采用机器人与聚弧高频脉冲深熔弧焊电源自动化焊接技术、激光-MAG电弧复合焊接技术,高效完成U肋与面板焊缝的单面焊双面成型全熔透焊接,并对该焊缝施焊过程中焊接方法、焊接工艺试验和施焊过程进行了技术跟踪与研究,且对该焊接技术的自动化应用进行了展望与建议。采用U肋与面板角接全通透焊缝的高效自动化焊接技术,全面提升U肋焊缝焊接质量,从而改善U肋桥面板受力特性,有力确保钢桥梁运营服役寿命。

     

    Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the common problems of stress concentration at the root of welding seam after welding U-rib and face groove of steel structure bridge, which are easy to produce fatigue cracks and restrict the service life of steel bridge. The automatic welding technology of robot and high frequency pulse deep penetration arc welding power source and laser-MAG arc composite welding technology are proposed. The welding method, welding process test and welding process in the welding process of U-rib and panel were tracked and studied, and the automatic application of the welding technology was prospected and suggested. The efficient automatic welding technology of full permeability weld of U-rib and face plate is adopted to comprehensively improve the welding quality of U-rib weld, thereby improving the stress characteristics of U-rib bridge panel and effectively ensuring the operational service life of steel bridge.
