  • 摘要: 通过对超高压汽轮机中联门材质的焊接性分析,确定返修焊接时的预热温度、焊接工艺参数及焊后热处理温度,并严格控制返修施工过程,成功地完成了对中联门法兰根部多处焊接裂纹的返修处理,保证了机组按时整体启动及正常运行,为国内同类型机组此类缺陷的焊补提供了借鉴.
