9310钢内花键齿轮淬火过程温度场及应力应变场模拟仿真

Simulation of temperature field and stress-strain field during quenching process of 9310 steel internal spline gear

  • 摘要: 本文围绕9310钢齿轮渗碳淬火展开研究,鉴于齿轮在机械系统中的关键地位及渗碳淬火对其性能的重要影响,采用等效热容法处理相变潜热,借助ABAQUS软件对内花键齿轮渗碳后淬火过程的温度场、应力场、应变场变化进行仿真分析,旨在揭示工艺过程中的物理变化规律,为优化工艺提供依据。

     

    Abstract: This article focuses on the study of carburizing and quenching of 9310 steel gears. Considering the critical position of gears in mechanical systems and the important impact of carburizing and quenching on their performance, the equivalent heat capacity method is used to deal with the latent heat of phase transformation. With the help of ABAQUS software, the temperature field, stress field, and strain field changes during the carburizing and quenching process of internal spline gears are simulated and analyzed, aiming to reveal the physical changes in the process and provide a basis for optimizing the process.
