薄壁型钢塔壁板单元制造工艺研究

Study on manufacturing technology of plate element of thin-walled steel tower wall

  • 摘要: 自斜拉桥和悬索桥进入人类的视野,逐渐成为人类建设大跨度桥梁的优先选择后,作为悬索桥和斜拉桥重要承重构件的索塔就成为工程技术人员关注研究的对象。钢桥塔的结构形式随着高强度钢的发展及焊接技术的进步而不断改进,钢塔壁厚也越来越薄。但对于薄壁型钢塔壁板单元制造及拼装工艺的研究确少之又少,薄壁板的焊接变形、对接精度等的研究亟需解决。在薄壁型板单元结构的焊接拼装中,焊接要求一直影响着结构对接拼装的精度,而且对于焊接产生的板单元的形变,如采用火焰修正不当则会对板单元产生二次损伤。依据狮子洋大桥钢塔的结构特点、制造工艺要求,本文系统阐述狮子洋大桥钢塔的制造工艺和新技术,提出制造工艺中的控制要点和具体控制措施。

     

    Abstract: Since cable-stayed bridges and suspension bridges come into the human vision and gradually become the preferred choice for the construction of long-span bridges, the cable tower, as an important load-bearing component of them, has turned into the research object of engineering and technical personnel. With the development of high-strength steel and the progress of welding technology, the structural form of steel bridge tower is constantly improved, and the thickness of the steel tower is becoming thinner and thinner. However, there are few studies on the fabrication and assembling process of thin-walled steel tower panels, and the research on welding deformation and docking accuracy of thin-walled steel tower panels needs to be solved. In the welding assembly of thin-walled plate element structure, welding requirements always affect the accuracy of the butt assembly of the structure. For the deformation of the plate element generated by welding, if the flame correction is not proper, the plate element will cause secondary damage. According to the structural characteristics and manufacturing process requirements of the steel tower of Shiziyang Bridge, the manufacturing process and innovative technology of the steel tower of Shiziyang Bridge are described in the paper, whose control points and specific control measures are proposed as well.
