Abstract:
Since cable-stayed bridges and suspension bridges come into the human vision and gradually become the preferred choice for the construction of long-span bridges, the cable tower, as an important load-bearing component of them, has turned into the research object of engineering and technical personnel. With the development of high-strength steel and the progress of welding technology, the structural form of steel bridge tower is constantly improved, and the thickness of the steel tower is becoming thinner and thinner. However, there are few studies on the fabrication and assembling process of thin-walled steel tower panels, and the research on welding deformation and docking accuracy of thin-walled steel tower panels needs to be solved. In the welding assembly of thin-walled plate element structure, welding requirements always affect the accuracy of the butt assembly of the structure. For the deformation of the plate element generated by welding, if the flame correction is not proper, the plate element will cause secondary damage. According to the structural characteristics and manufacturing process requirements of the steel tower of Shiziyang Bridge, the manufacturing process and innovative technology of the steel tower of Shiziyang Bridge are described in the paper, whose control points and specific control measures are proposed as well.
