Influence of raw material chemical constituents for core hardness of carbonitriding part

  • 摘要: 某零件用热轧酸洗钢带QSTE500,厚度3.5mm,其化学成分为:wc≤0.12%、wSt≤0.5%、wMn≤1.7%、ws≤0.025%、wp≤0.03%.碳氮共渗淬火后要求心部硬度170~210HV1,但是在批量生产过程中常出现心部硬度超差情况.
