铝合金轧制成形组织性能调控技术研究进展

Research progress on microstructure and properties control technology of aluminum alloy rolling forming

  • 摘要: 铝合金作为关键的轻质结构材料,广泛应用在航空航天、汽车制造、船舶等领域。轧制成形是铝合金成形的主要塑性成形方式之一,通过控制其微观组织结构实现性能的精确调控已是其研究的重点方向。基于此,本文系统梳理了铝合金轧制成形组织性能调控技术的研究进展,重点分析了温度、变形量、轧制速度等工艺参数对组织演变的影响规律以及合金成分与热处理工艺对性能调控的作用。

     

    Abstract: Aluminum alloy, as a key lightweight structural material, is widely used in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, shipbuilding and other fields. Rolling forming is one of the main plastic forming methods for aluminum alloy forming, and precise control of its properties by controlling its micro structure has become a key research direction. Based on this, this article systematically reviews the research progress of micro structure and performance control technology in aluminum alloy rolling forming, with a focus on analyzing the influence of process parameters such as temperature, deformation, and rolling speed on micro structure evolution, as well as the role of alloy composition and heat treatment process optimization in performance control.
