Welding process control essentials of P22 chromiummolybdenum alloy steel pipes with large wall thickness

  • 摘要: A335P22铬钼合金钢是2.25Cr-1Mo的耐高温用珠光体耐热合金钢,具有良好的塑性,抗高温、高压,耐腐蚀、耐磨损及其他特殊物理、化学性能的特征;其缺点是在焊接工艺中具有淬硬性和再热裂纹倾向。针对大壁厚A335 P22铬钼合金钢的特性研究更合理适用的焊接工艺和控制方法,确保获得优良的焊接质量。

     

    Abstract: A335 P22 chromium-molybdenum alloy steel is a 2.25Cr-1Mo high-temperature resistant pearlite heatresistant alloy steel, which has good plasticity, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other special physical and chemical properties. The disadvantage is that it has a tendency to harden and reheat cracks in the welding process. In this paper, the characteristics of A335 P22chromium-silver alloy steel with large wall thickness are discussed to discuss more reasonable and applicable welding processes and control methods to ensure excellent welding quality.
