  • 摘要: 一、概述 近年来随着我国不锈钢焊材的迅猛发展,对不锈钢焊材的质量也提出了越来越高的要求.不锈钢焊条作为焊材的一种在各个领域中得到了广泛的应用,但由于自身的局限性,钢芯的线膨胀系数一般是碳钢芯膨胀系数的3～5倍,在焊接过程中容易造成前后段焊条熔化速度的不均匀,导致尾部出现裂纹、烘干过程中药皮容易开裂以及焊接过程中气孔敏感等一系列问题.
