  • 摘要: 随着我国制造业的快速发展,对焊接技术人才的需求不断增加。但传统焊接培训模式在成本、安全、环保和效率方面存在诸多问题,难以满足现代产业需求。虚拟现实(VR)技术为焊接培训提供一种高效、安全、绿色的解决方案。通过构建沉浸式虚拟环境,学员可以在无风险的条件下进行焊接操作训练,显著提升培训效果和资源利用率。文章探讨了虚拟现实技术在焊接培训中的应用现状与核心技术,包括力反馈、视觉与听觉反馈、熔池与焊缝模拟、定位技术及焊缝评价技术,并结合实验数据验证其优越性。研究表明,虚拟焊接培训不仅提高学员的理论和实践能力,还有效降低资源消耗与环境污染,具有广阔的应用前景。未来的发展方向应聚焦于技术优化和多学科融合,以满足制造业对焊接人才的更高需求。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry, the demand for welding technology talents is constantly increasing. However, the traditional welding training mode has many problems in terms of cost, safety, environmental protection, and efficiency, which are difficult to meet the needs of modern industries. Virtual reality (VR) technology provides an efficient, safe, and green solution for welding training. By building an immersive virtual environment, students can conduct welding operation training under risk-free conditions, significantly improving training effectiveness and resource utilization. The article explores the current application status and core technologies of virtual reality technology in welding training, including force feedback, visual and auditory feedback, melt pool and weld simulation, positioning technology, and weld evaluation technology, and verifies its superiority through experimental data. Research has shown that virtual welding training not only improves students' theoretical and practical abilities, but also effectively reduces resource consumption and environmental pollution, with broad application prospects. The future development direction should focus on technological optimization and interdisciplinary integration to meet the higher demand for welding talents in the manufacturing industry.
