激光选区熔化成形钛合金底座断裂分析

Fracture analysis of laser selective melting forming Ti-6Al-4V base

  • 摘要: 激光选区熔化(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)成形Ti-6Al-4V底座在试验过程中发生断裂失效,通过断口宏观检测、扫描电镜及能谱分析、化学成分分析、金相分析及CT检测等方法对断裂的底座进行了分析。结果表明:SLM成形Ti-6Al-4V底座U形槽内部存在大量未熔合缺陷,导致该部位承载能力下降,在试验中瞬间冲击载荷的作用下发生了过载断裂。由此提出建议:加强打印过程中在线质量监控,识别与分析可能的风险源,强化过程检测控制质量;针对X射线和荧光检测未检出未熔合缺陷的问题,建议在原机械加工后增加工业CT抽检工序。

     

    Abstract: The Ti-6Al-4V base formed by Selective Laser Melting(SLM) experienced fracture failure during the experimental process. The fractured base was analyzed by macroscopic fracture inspection, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, CT detection and other methods. The results showed that there were a large number of incomplete fusion defects inside the U-shaped groove of the Ti-6Al-4V base formed by SLM, which led to a decrease in the load-bearing capacity of the area. Under the action of instantaneous impact load in the experiment, overload fracture occurred. And put forward suggestions: First, Strengthen online quality monitoring during the printing process, identify and analyze possible risk sources, and enhance process detection and quality control; Second, To address the issue of undetected lack of fusion defects in X-ray and fluorescence testing, it is recommended to add an industrial CT sampling process after the original mechanical processing.
