摘要: 对于碳素工具钢类中型以上模具的热处理,其淬火方法一般采用水淬油冷.但这种常规工艺方法易在模具的边孔处产生裂纹.经过反复的试验,我们采用复合淬火(水淬等温法)避免了模具裂纹.目前,有关该工艺方法的具体情况报道的较少,这里仅就试验情况与结果做一简要论述.
