  • 摘要: 磁轭铸钢件由于自身的结构特点,在轮缘与轮毂之间的型砂受高温冶炼钢液浸蚀,容易被烧结死而产生严重的粘砂现象,使清理困难,铸件工艺出品率低.现对磁轭铸件进行工艺改进,水玻璃石英砂、石灰石砂与内、外冷铁配合使用,彻底解决了粘砂缺陷,节省了清理费用,提高了铸件工艺出品率.
