基于DVS 1608标准的某型磁浮轨道车辆车体焊接疲劳评估

Welding fatigue assessment of the car Body of a certain maglev rail vehicle based on the DVS 1608 standard

  • 摘要: 以某型中低速磁浮轨道车辆车体为例,为确定其车体结构在运用载荷作用下的承载能力,保证其使用期间的安全性及可靠性,依据磁悬浮列车特殊结构,并结合实际运行中载荷特征和EN 12663标准之规定设置疲劳载荷工况,通过有限元仿真计算并提取结果数据,采用DVS 1608标准中评估流程和方法对车辆车体焊缝进行焊接疲劳评估研究。计算分析结果表明,所有工况下得出的三个单组应力利用率和综合利用率均小于1,高利用率区域主要集中在二位端底架型材与底架边梁的连接处。车体焊缝疲劳强度在各计算工况下皆能满足DVS 1608标准中疲劳要求。

     

    Abstract: Taking a certain type of maglev rail vehicle as an example, to determine the load-bearing capacity of its vehicle structure under applied loads, and ensure its safety and reliability during use. So, it is necessary to conduct welding fatigue research on the main welds of the vehicle body. Set fatigue load conditions according to actual operating conditions and the provisions of EN 12663 standard. Calculate and extract result data through finite element simulation, using DVS 1608 standard for fatigue assessment of multiaxial stress. The calculation and analysis results indicate that, the stress utilization rate and comprehensive utilization rate in all directions obtained under all operating conditions are less than 1. The high utilization area is mainly concentrated at the connection between the end 2 underframe profile and the underframe edge beam. The fatigue strength of the vehicle body weld meets the design requirements
