  • 摘要: 根据钢厂热轧辊的技术要求、工作条件及磨损状况,开发了一种与其母材相匹配的堆焊药芯焊丝,对堆焊工艺进行研究,并采用丝极埋弧焊对热轧辊进行表面堆焊.该焊丝与其堆焊工艺已成功应用于钢厂热轧辊的堆焊.
