环保型轴承钢球淬火油槽温度调节系统的设计

The design of environmental protection bearing steel ball quenching oil tank temperature control system

  • 摘要: 热处理工艺是各种机械产品制造的一个重要技术环节,工件在加热后经淬火介质冷却已达到工艺硬度要求,然而淬火介质的冷却性能直接决定了工件在淬火过程中工件的内在质量和控制零件变形的重要的作用,淬火介质在连续性生产过程中吸收大量的热量用以快速降低工件的温度,自身的温度也在逐渐升高。现有的温度控制方式多以被动式或者加装冷却塔降温,被动式的连续生产后产品质量波动大;冷却塔式又因噪音大达不到环保要求,距离居民区较近的企业生产因此受到约束。针对这些因素,改进了现有的淬火油槽技术方案。经现场工程验证,设计的环保型淬火油槽淬火油温度控制系统通过增加降温模块及温度检测配合外置冷却水循环机构,有效降低了淬火油温升,减少油气挥发,降低了原有设备噪音高的不利因素,稳定了淬火油的淬火性能,具有操作简便、噪音低、性价比高和节能环保效果显著。

     

    Abstract: heat treatment process is an important technical link in the manufacture of various mechanical products. After heating, the workpiece has been cooled by quenching medium to meet the process hardness requirements, however, the cooling performance of the quenching medium directly determines the internal quality of the workpiece and the important role of controlling the deformation of the part during the quenching process, the quenching medium absorbs a large amount of heat in the continuous production process to rapidly reduce the temperature of the workpiece, and its temperature is gradually increasing. Most of the existing temperature control methods are passive or equipped with cooling towers to lower the temperature. The product quality fluctuates greatly after passive continuous production, firms closer to residential areas are thus constrained in their production. In view of these factors, the existing technical scheme of quenching oil tank is improved. The environment-friendly quench oil temperature control system for quench oil tank has been verified by field engineering. By adding cooling module and temperature detection and external cooling water circulating mechanism, the temperature rise of quench oil can be effectively reduced and the volatile oil and gas can be reduced, the invention reduces the disadvantage of high noise of the original equipment, stabilizes the quenching performance of the quenching oil, and has the advantages of simple operation, low noise, high performance-price ratio and remarkable energy-saving and environmental protection effect.
