Research on Manufacturing Technology of Wind Power High -speed Bargaining Gear Pressure Stress

  • 摘要: 本文研究了高速级薄壁齿轮水平装炉及压力淬火装炉两种淬火制造技术的原理、工艺参数以及其在工业应用中的效果。通过两种装炉方式进行试验和分析,探究该类齿轮在淬火过程中控制齿部畸变的最优方式, 通过淬火装炉方式的改善结合分析磨齿余量数据, 采用压力淬火垂直装卡可以有效地控制和校正齿轮淬火变形, 同时提升生产效率,该种制造技术对产品质量提升具有重大意义。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the principle, process parameters and the effect in industrial application of two kinds of quenching manufacturing technology of high speed thin wall gear horizontal loading and pressure quenching loading are studied. Through the test and analysis of two kinds of loading methods, the optimal way to control tooth distortion in the quenching process of this kind of gear is explored. Through the improvement of the quenching loading method and the analysis of the grinding margin data, the vertical loading of the pressure quenching can effectively control and correct the quenching deformation of the gear and improve the production efficiency at the same time. This manufacturing technology has great significance for the improvement of product quality.
