Abstract:
In this paper, the principle, process parameters and the effect in industrial application of two kinds of quenching manufacturing technology of high speed thin wall gear horizontal loading and pressure quenching loading are studied. Through the test and analysis of two kinds of loading methods, the optimal way to control tooth distortion in the quenching process of this kind of gear is explored. Through the improvement of the quenching loading method and the analysis of the grinding margin data, the vertical loading of the pressure quenching can effectively control and correct the quenching deformation of the gear and improve the production efficiency at the same time. This manufacturing technology has great significance for the improvement of product quality.
