Abstract:
The forming technology of X230CrVMo13 high alloy die steel was studied using hot isostatic pressing powder metallurgy technology, and the densification law of alloy powder was explored through numerical simulation methods. In addition, the properties of powder alloys were regulated through heat treatment, and the influence of heat treatment processes on microstructure and mechanical properties was analyzed. The results show that the numerical model can accurately simulate the densification process of X230CrVMo13 powder. The X230CrVMo13powder alloy prepared by hot isostatic pressing powder metallurgy technology reached the theoretical density, and the control of carbide precipitation was achieved through heat treatment, thereby improving the properties of X230CrVMo13 powder alloy products.
