高转速发电机动密封结构动环性能改进

Improved performance of high speed power generation motor sealing center ring parts

  • 摘要: 本研究通过对38CrMoAl材料在不同基体硬度和不同表面状况的情况下渗氮后的渗层性能进行了比较,并采用不同的加工工艺方法对高转速发电机动密封结构中动环零件最终的渗氮层性能和尺寸精度进行了研究。结果表明,动环零件在进行渗氮时将基体硬度控制在28-32HRC并对渗氮表面不进行磷化处理可以获得优异的渗氮层性能;针对动环零件,采取先渗氮再磨削最后进行二次渗氮处理或采取先磨削并预留0.05mm加工余量再渗氮处理,均能使动环零件最终具有优异的渗氮层性能和高的尺寸精度要求。

     

    Abstract: This study compared the nitriding layer properties of 38CrMoAl material under different base hardness and surface conditions, and studied the final nitriding layer properties and dimensional accuracy of the rotor seal structure's rotor ring parts using different processing technology methods. The results show that by controlling the base hardness of the rotor ring parts at 28-32HRC and not phosphating the nitriding surface, the excellent nitriding layer properties can be obtained. For the rotor ring parts, by taking the processing method of first nitriding, then grinding, and finally performing secondary nitriding treatment or taking the processing method of first grinding and leaving a 0.05mm machining allowance for subsequent nitriding treatment, the final rotor ring parts can have excellent nitriding layer properties and meet the high dimensional accuracy requirements.
