节能倒立式铁液浇包烘烤装置的设计与应用

Design and research on the energy saving inverted iron pouring baking device

  • 摘要: 针对目前铸造行业所使用的浇包烘烤器烘烤时间长、烘烤火焰不充分、能源利用率不高,以及使用操作不便等问题,设计制作了一种节能倒立式铁液浇包及烘烤装置,该装置属于铸造技术领域,具体涉及一种节能倒立式铁液浇包烘烤装置的设计应用。对原铁液浇包烘烤设备装置进行节能、智能改造后,实现了烘烤器的智能烘烤、高效运维、持续节能、提升烘烤效果,以及提高铸件质量等目标。

     

    Abstract: In view of the current issues in the casting industry such as long baking time, high baking flame, low energy utilization, and inconvenient operation, we have designed an energy-saving inverted iron pouring package and baking device. This device belongs to the field of casting technology and specifically involves a technology and application of intelligent second-generation regenerative type iron package baking equipment.After the transformation of this energy-saving, intelligent, and regenerative iron baking equipment, we have achieved goals such as intelligent baking, efficient operation and maintenance, continuous energy saving, improved baking effect,and enhanced casting quality.
