Abstract:
The installation skeleton of the front window of a standard high-speed train is a three-dimensional irregular structure. This article analyzes the manufacturing process of the installation skeleton of the front window of a standard high-speed train and the deformation during the welding process. The reasons for the welding deformation of the three-dimensional window structure are analyzed from the aspects of the high-speed train structure, front window structure, and welding heat input and distribution. Based on modular assembly, a process method for controlling the welding deformation of the three-dimensional window structure skeleton is proposed. The data tracking results show that after deformation control, the deformation exceedance rate and rest time of various parts of the front window structure have significantly decreased, improving manufacturing accuracy and production efficiency, and reducing production costs.
