标准动车组司机室前窗组焊后变形控制方法研究

Research on Control Method for Deformation of Front Window Assembly and Welding of Standard High-speed Train

  • 摘要: 标准动车组前窗安装骨架为三维不规则结构,本文浅析了标准动车组前窗安装骨架的制造工艺流程以及焊接过程的变形情况,从动车组结构、前窗结构以及焊接热输入量及其分布等方面对三维窗结构焊接变形的原因进行了分析,并基于模块化工装提出了控制三维窗结构骨架焊接变形的工艺方法。数据跟踪结果显示,经变形控制后的前窗结构各部位的变形超差率及调休时间大幅下降,提高了制造精度及生产效率,降低了生产成本。

     

    Abstract: The installation skeleton of the front window of a standard high-speed train is a three-dimensional irregular structure. This article analyzes the manufacturing process of the installation skeleton of the front window of a standard high-speed train and the deformation during the welding process. The reasons for the welding deformation of the three-dimensional window structure are analyzed from the aspects of the high-speed train structure, front window structure, and welding heat input and distribution. Based on modular assembly, a process method for controlling the welding deformation of the three-dimensional window structure skeleton is proposed. The data tracking results show that after deformation control, the deformation exceedance rate and rest time of various parts of the front window structure have significantly decreased, improving manufacturing accuracy and production efficiency, and reducing production costs.
