用于核电现场小尺寸管全位置自动焊装备的研发与应用

Development and application of full-position automatic welding equipment for small-diameter tubes in nuclear power plant sites

  • 摘要: 随着华龙一号实现首次并网,各核电项目中10in以下(De≤φ273mm)小尺寸管的焊接工程量大、焊接成本高,传统焊接方式已不能满足当前核电建造安装现状,为此自主研发一套专用于核电现场小尺寸管的开放式全位置自动焊装备,用以满足各核电项目施工需求,降低施工成本及周期。以开放式全位置自动焊装备为切入点,总体介绍我国核电对自动焊装备的需求情况,同时系统地阐述了装备的组成及其特有的分区焊接功能,并介绍了焊接工艺试验验证结果与现场应用情况,为后续新产品的研发推广提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: With the first grid connection of Hualong No.1, the welding engineering quantity of small-size pipes De≤φ273mm in each nuclear power project is large and the welding cost is high, and the traditional welding method can no longer meet the current status quo of nuclear power construction and installation. Taking the open full-position automatic welding equipment as the starting point, this paper generally introduces the demand for automatic welding equipment for nuclear power in China, systematically expounds the composition of the equipment and its unique partition welding function, and introduces the welding process test verification results and field application, which provides a reference for the subsequent development and promotion of new products.
