新能源车电池包用钢质辊压箱体结构设计及模拟分析

Structural design and simulation analysis of steel roller case for new energy vehicle battery pack

  • 摘要: 系统阐述了辊压工艺的定义、基本原理、特点及未来发展趋势,分析对比了铝制箱体和钢质箱体电池包的结构优缺点,同时对比了冲压成形及辊压工艺,提出了钢质箱体辊压工艺的新技术方案。钢质箱体辊压工艺方案从受力分析、制造可行性研究、碰撞模拟仿真分析、样件碰撞试验、优化改进到验证校核的设计定型过程进行了论述,也对产品在轴向的受力载荷进行了全面的模拟分析,确保了设计方案的可靠性,解决了铝合金箱体存在的焊接变形和密封性能差等问题,符合新能源车电池包的结构设计要求。

     

    Abstract: The definition, basic principle, characteristics and future development trend of rolling process are systematically expounded. The structural advantages and disadvantages of aluminum box and steel box battery pack are analyzed and compared, and the stamping process and roll process are also compared, and a new technical scheme of steel box and roll process is proposed. This paper discusses the design formulation process from force analysis, manufacturing feasibility study, collision simulation analysis, sample collision test, optimization and improvement to verification and verification in detail. At the same time, the reliability of the design scheme is ensured through the comprehensive simulation analysis of the force load of the product in the axes. It solves the problems of welding deformation and poor sealing performance of aluminum alloy box, and meets the structural design requirements for battery pack of new energy vehicle.
