摘要: 我厂自20世纪90年代开始生产铸态铁素体QT400-18球墨铸铁,由于生铁、焦炭、稀土镁硅铁合金等原材料的产地、成分波动较大,配料不易控制,导致球墨铸铁质量不稳定,经常发生抗拉强度达标,而伸长率偏低,造成铸件成批报废.为此,笔者经多年的生产实践,结合我厂生产情况,总结出铸态高韧性铁索体球墨铸铁的生产处理方案.
