摘要: 我厂为某钢厂生产的80t转炉中倾动装置的锻质扭力杆,在粗加工过程中出现长度为120mm, 60mm,200mm的三处裂纹,深度15 mm左右.通过对该件的焊接性研究分析,制定详细的焊接工艺方案.通过焊接修复,最终取得了良好的焊接性能,为同类件的焊接积累了宝贵的焊接经验,具有一定的推广价值.
